Floral Hills Memory Gardens - Lancaster, Ohio
On November 25, 2004 the Grave Hoppers spent a chilly Thanksgiving day exploring cemeteries all around Lancaster, in Fairfield County. Located on Coonpath Road, just outside of Lancaster
is Floral Hills Memory Gardens. This very modern resting place is full of in-ground flat stones and a beautiful park-like atmosphere. Visiting this one was a favor to Leo's aunt, as a member of her family
is buried here. His stone is pictured below. To get to this one, simply take US 33 east to Coonpath Road, and make a left. Follow Coonpath until you find Floral Hills. It's on the right-hand side, and clearly marked. This is honestly the first chain cemetery I've heard of, but I do know of at least 3 more Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Ohio, all of which have the same style signs and layout.
